• You must register under your own true identity and provide accurate, current personal information. Using a false name, false date of birth, or another person's identity documents is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• You may not hold more than one account on the 835bd platform. If you have forgotten your login credentials for an existing account, you must recover that account using the password reset facility rather than creating a new one.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of 835bd or any of its affiliated game providers, where participation in betting markets could create a conflict of interest.

4Account Registration and Security

5Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. 835bd targets processing all withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) within 10 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard operating hours may take up to 24 hours. 835bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification.

• Funds deposited into your 835bd account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. 835bd will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 835bd reserves the right to reverse a deposit in exceptional circumstances, for example where a deposit was made in error or where 835bd has reasonable cause to believe the source of funds is connected to fraudulent activity.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are published on the promotions page of the platform at the time the promotion is active.

In the absence of specific promotional terms stating otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 835bd bonuses. These general conditions are superseded by any more specific condition stated in an individual promotion's terms where a conflict exists.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default rollover of 10x the bonus amount applies.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 835bd platform. Where 835bd identifies any of the following prohibited activities on an account, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or extract data from the 835bd platform without prior written authorisation from 835bd.
• Money laundering, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity. 835bd is required by its compliance obligations to report suspicious financial activity and cooperate with relevant authorities. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, pricing errors, or any other platform malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, or any other form of match fixing.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration process, during KYC verification, or in communications with 835bd support staff.

835bd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in connection with investigations into any prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all account balances, including any deposited funds, pending winnings, and bonus balances, without recourse.
